Increased tonnage forming and cutting presses, as well as larger ovens, improve throughput for blister and clamshell packaging formed from new materials, such as RPET, creating opportunities for innovation in cavity shapes and styles, all while improving finished part quality.

In traditional offload systems, thermoforming cycle speed can be limited by automatic offloading of finished parts. This in not the case with SencorpWhite’s automatic offload and patented end-of-arm tooling, which measurably increases thermoformer cycle speeds.
