Executive Account Manager

Purpose of the Role

This position is responsible for the sale of White Systems AS/RS offerings in a specified region, product or service line. Sells products and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying products/services to their needs, resulting in profitable revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Researches customer needs and develops application of products and/or services in an effective manner. Maintains up-to-date awareness of activities and industry trends.
  • Attends trade shows as assigned.
  • Locates new opportunities for White Systems. Makes regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Develops sales proposals for customers on technical products and/or services. Develops and delivers sales presentations at Corporate or at prospect’s location. 
  • Manages sales process to closing through follow-up contact, proposal modification, selling to key decision makers. Serves as the lead person in response to customer’s RFP and coordinates information from different disciplines/areas and arranges the formal response.
  • Maintains complete and accurate records of all relevant information, by project.
  • Participates in sales forecasting and planning. Provides timely reports on sales and prospecting activities. Meets established sales and revenue goals.
  • Actively participates in the review of client purchase orders and project kick-off meetings.
  • Has experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience working with internal Engineering team.

 Qualification requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of previous professional experience is required.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale.
  • Experience managing large territories or product offerings.

Contracts Administrator

Purpose of the Role

SencorpWhite is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team to ensure all our contracts conform to legal requirements and meet our company goals.

A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should also analyze contracts with a focus on reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law, and contracted requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, redline, and assist in negotiation of contract terms with internal and external business partners
  • Create language standards for existing and new contracts in collaboration with legal and risk management     teams
  • Prepare sales and purchase contracts
  • Perform and publishing periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, risk mitigation activities, compliance status reports and risk assessments.
  • Summarize and explain terms and conditions to managers and other stakeholders
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met

 Qualification requirements

Field Service Technician - Virginia

OVERVIEW  

Responsible for completing preventive maintenance and repairs on SencorpWhite material and handling equipment installed at various sites throughout Virginia and surrounding states. Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Must be customer-focused and project a professional image for SencorpWhite. Excellent mechanical, electrical, and computer aptitude required         

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Alongside a Sr Field Service Engineer:
  • Learn to Analyze machine malfunctions. 
  • Learn to Troubleshoot solutions on site and remotely. 
  • Repairs mechanical and electrical machine failures on site. 
  • Learn to read and comprehend both mechanical and electrical blueprints.
  • Recommends parts and/or additional service, as necessary. 
  • Documents all service calls, and updates Salesforce.com records.
  • Adheres to safety procedures, and report any safety issues, including “near misses” and accidents as soon as possible.
  • Submits accurate, complete travel expense accounts within 5 days of completion of business trip.
  • Follows up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the company equipment.

SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Able to discern wire colors. 
  • Vaccinations may be required by some customer sites.  
  • Regular overtime required to meet customer needs.  
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Sr FSE and/or supervisor. 
  • Serves as back up to other positions to cover vacations and other absences.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

  • Extensive bending and lifting is required.
  • Must be able to install motors, which can weigh up to 125 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an elevated location with a safety harness.
  • Must be able to work in enclosed space. 
  • Must be able to drive long distances and still be able to perform the required duties.
  • Travel expected 50-75% 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED AND PREFERRED

  • High school diploma, technical school, trade school or military school.

Material Handler

Purpose of the Role:

The Material Handler is responsible for material movement to the production lines and inventory location accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prints picklist and locates materials from proper bin locations.
  • Verifies material and amounts against information on the pick lists and checks for quality of material.
  • Distributes material to internal customers and requests stockroom transactions
  • Returns excess materials if needed to original bin locations and requests stockroom transactions
  • Assists with assuring inventory accuracy integrity through cycle counting and auditing of all physical inventories
  • Assists with investigating and resolving inventory inaccuracies and providing root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions to management 
  • Assist with achieving established daily metrics and supports continuously optimizing processes for assigned locations
  • Assist in other areas such as shipping and receiving or other operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualification requirements 

  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Cost Accountant

Cost Accountant

Purpose of the Role:

Maintain cost accumulation systems in order to analyze business expenditures and advise on improving efficiency, and reduce financial waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, and maintain manufacturing cost standards, and cost allocation systems
  • Advise management on appropriate costing based on financial data
  • Ensure sufficient controls are in place to maintain a high level of accuracy of cost data, accumulations, and allocations
  • Perform detailed reviews, using both trend and margin analysis, to validate cost of goods sold
  • Perform and report on cost to complete estimates for work in process
  • Maintaining data collection systems to produce accumulation and reporting of cost information
  • Oversee physical inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Perform inventory analysis to ensure errors are identified, resolved, and design of controls to prevent future errors
  • Conduct periodic review of inventory with a cross-functional team to determine inventory obsolescence, and provide recommendation for valuation adjustments
  • Conduct reviews of product margins to detect changes in profitability and identify for management action
  • Other duties as assigned to support the finance and accounting team

Qualification requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
  • 3+ years of technical manufacturing accounting experience
  • Strong financial analysis skills including attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.  
  • Possess the ability to be resourceful, to act independently, where appropriate, and to recognize when higher intervention may be necessary.

Accounts Receivables and Payables Clerk

Purpose of the Role:

Performs any combination of following tasks to ensure customer and vendor accounts are serviced and accurately maintained:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for data entry including vendor invoices, order entry, and billing
  • Perform accounts receivables collections and ensure all accounts are collected timely and cash is applied in a timely manner
  • Responsible for banking activity such as cash receipts, wires, ACH payments, and check printing
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to address questions on customer and vendor accounts

  • Assist the department with additional projects and clerical duties as needed.

Qualification requirements 

  • 1-3 years Accounts Receivables/Payables experience

Inventory Control Coordinator

Purpose of the Role:

The primary purpose of the role is to be the lead employee within the assigned area responsible for providing direction, oversight and assistance to material handlers as needed, lead cycle counting efforts, run reports to ensure the accuracy of inventory and control variances.

  • Responsible for the accuracy locations of the storing and distribution of all materials
    • Assists Material Handlers pulling materials and kitting from various assigned stock locations 
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming/outgoing material and correctly entering and removing inventory from inventory management software
    • Leads cycle counting on a predetermined basis and communicates with management about inventory issues
    • Leads the investigate and resolves inventory inaccuracies and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions to management 
    • Define and establish metrics, measure and compare against benchmarks, monitor change control, and continuously optimize process for assigned locations
    • Assist in other areas such as shipping and receiving or other operations as needed
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualification requirements 

  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints
