Project Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • The Project Manager is the primary customer technical and business contact from purchase order through final sign off.
  • Define and communicate project scope internally and externally.
  • Monitor and document all internal or external changes. 
  • Provide customer with cost estimate and schedule change for any change order.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing SencorpWhite material and handling equipment installed at various sites throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermount and Connecticut.   • Distribute proposals, orders, change orders, and build documents.
  • Generate and maintain reports in Salesforce. 
  • Distribute new business leads to Sales team. 
  • Provide support to Sales team for orders and customer communications.
  • Create sales presentations using various applications.
  • Assist in executing Sencorp customer and in-house trainings and visits.
  • Distribute incoming sales leads to the Sencorp Sales team
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain the MPS program
  • Arrange Sencorp customer lunches.
  • Attend and represent Sencorp Sales team at division related meetings.
  • Serve as backup coverage to other positions. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Business, or related field desired.
  • Minimum three-year sales support or minimum three years administrative experience
