Executive Account Manager
Purpose of the Role
This position is responsible for the sale of White Systems AS/RS offerings in a specified region, product or service line. Sells products and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying products/services to their needs, resulting in profitable revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches customer needs and develops application of products and/or services in an effective manner. Maintains up-to-date awareness of activities and industry trends.
- Attends trade shows as assigned.
- Locates new opportunities for White Systems. Makes regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads.
- Develops sales proposals for customers on technical products and/or services. Develops and delivers sales presentations at Corporate or at prospect’s location.
- Manages sales process to closing through follow-up contact, proposal modification, selling to key decision makers. Serves as the lead person in response to customer’s RFP and coordinates information from different disciplines/areas and arranges the formal response.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all relevant information, by project.
- Participates in sales forecasting and planning. Provides timely reports on sales and prospecting activities. Meets established sales and revenue goals.
- Actively participates in the review of client purchase orders and project kick-off meetings.
- Has experience using Salesforce.
- Experience working with internal Engineering team.
Qualification requirements

Field Service Technician - Virginia
OVERVIEW
Responsible for completing preventive maintenance and repairs on SencorpWhite material and handling equipment installed at various sites throughout Virginia and surrounding states. Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Must be customer-focused and project a professional image for SencorpWhite. Excellent mechanical, electrical, and computer aptitude required
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alongside a Sr Field Service Engineer:
- Learn to Analyze machine malfunctions.
- Learn to Troubleshoot solutions on site and remotely.
- Repairs mechanical and electrical machine failures on site.
- Learn to read and comprehend both mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Recommends parts and/or additional service, as necessary.
- Documents all service calls, and updates Salesforce.com records.
- Adheres to safety procedures, and report any safety issues, including “near misses” and accidents as soon as possible.
- Submits accurate, complete travel expense accounts within 5 days of completion of business trip.
- Follows up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the company equipment.
SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Able to discern wire colors.
- Vaccinations may be required by some customer sites.

Mechanical Manufacturing Technician
Purpose of the Role:
Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, products, or systems:
Key Responsibilities
- Read, comprehend, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions to accurately assemble products
- Identifies and selects components to be integrated into sub-assembly and assembly units.
- Utilizes various hand and power tools to assemble parts or unit & attach unit to assembly, subassembly, or frame.
- Position and align parts, using fixtures, jigs, and templates
- Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spotface bolt holes in parts, using drill press & portable power drill.
- Use measuring instruments to level and align work, detect and eliminate run-out, work to close tolerances with a demand for square, concentricity and parallelism.
- Attach nameplates and marks identifying information on equipment
- Assist with the detection of defective material, unusual conditions or operating difficulties and report to proper supervisor.
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meets specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
- Complete necessary documentation to ensure quality and production requirements.
- Be able to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Disassemble or crate unit for shipping.

Software Integration Specialist
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Software Integration Specialist to join our application team and provide solution design, user support, and training. Be part of our digital transformation as we further modernize our intelligent storage automation offering with enhanced ERP connectivity and software packages.
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a repeatable process to easily connect enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems to our vertical lift module (VLM)product line. Your ideas will be valued, and your work will be impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales presentations to show prospective customers the available methods to bidirectionally exchange data between their host systems and our VLM solution.
- Present and discuss detailed solution architecture with a working knowledge of virtual machines, servers, networking, general database design, and security.
- Create business process diagrams and collaborate with customers regarding integrations with 3rd party applications and other applications.
- Identify and document customer needs, define a solution architecture and specification, implement solutions.

Welder
Purpose of the Role:
The Welder will primarily be responsible for the manual welding of machine components, frames and other duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings, project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams in order to perform all elements of the fabrication of high-end architectural machine components.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks and other irregularities from machined parts to ensure they are in accordance with engineering blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
- Fabricate custom projects including metal bases, frames, brackets, piping, and other miscellaneous items to suit project requirements
- Welds metal parts together using both SMAW, GTAW or soldering and any combination of arc welding processes.
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Maintain proper identification of parts per planning specifications and ensure that accurate and reliable records and documentation are maintained.
- Holding tolerances to down to +/-.030″
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Technician
Purpose of the Role:
Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems:
Key Responsibilities
- Possess skill to understand and execute simple to complex maintenance task for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
- Assemble sections of machines to customer specifications; attach unit to assembly, subassembly or frame using various hand and power tools
- Detect defective material, unusual conditions or operating difficulties and report to supervisor describing in accurate detail to ensure proper corrective actions
- Work with both low voltage (24Vdc, 20 Vdc) and High Voltage (3 phase max voltage will be up to 480 Vac).
- Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using rivets, bolts, and soldering equipment
- Routing wire on an electrical wiring board – pin and plug process; Stripping wire; Crimping wire; Terminating wire; Soldering wire; Wiring harness buildup; Installing wiring harnesses in subassembly.
- Use multimeter and other test equipment; perform evaluations of electrical assemblies for continuity, current, functionality, and voltage
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions; report any design or print errors to supervisor.
- Disassemble unit to replace parts or to crate for shipping.
- Complete necessary documentation to ensure quality and production requirements.
